You should be able to connect your cable to the safety chain loop on the hitch of your 2008 Toyota Sequoia. If you do not have a safety chain loop then I highly recommend installing a trailer hitch that has one as it is required by law to secure any trailer with safety chains.

In order to use the # e98989 ATV winch in the 2 inch receiver on the front of your EZ Go golf cart, you'd want to use a Trailer Hitch Receiver Winch Mounting Plate like part # BDW20061R2.
